1 Order Status
1.1 Has my order shipped?
Click the My Account link, log in, then click the My Orders link to check the status of your order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification that includes the shipping method and tracking number.
1.2 How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the My Account link, then click My orders to make changes. Note that once your order is being processed or has shipped, you can no longer make changes. If you still have questions, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (860) 238-4466.
1.3 How do I track my order?
Click the My Account link, log in, and click the My orders link to display status of your orders. If shipped, you will have received an email with the shipping carrier and tracking #. 1.4 How do I resolve a problem with my order?
If you have any questions or issues with your order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (860) 238-4466. We will work with you to get everything resolved!
2 My Account
2.1 How do I create an account?
Click the My Account / Register link at the top of our site. You have an option to create an account using your Facebook login, or create a new login specific to morselmunk.com via the Create an account button.
2.2 How do I edit my account information?
Click the My Account link, then click the appropriate link (Account Information; Billing Address; Shipping Address).
2.3 How do I reset my password?
Click the My Account link, then click the Forgot your password? link. Enter the email address you used to create your account. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
3 Pricing and Billing
3.1 Do I have to pay sales tax?
We collect State of Connecticut sales tax for orders shipped to Connecticut addresses.
3.2 How do I verify my charges?
Click the My Account link at the top of our site, then log into your account. Once there, click the My orders link to compare charges against your credit card records. Contact us any time with questions or issues. You can reach us via email at email@example.com or call us at (860) 238-4466.
3.3 When will my credit appear on my account?
You will see a credit within 5-7 business days of Morsel Munk receiving your return, or resolving any issues related to the product. If there are any issues (damaged, used, worn, etc.), we'll contact you upon receipt of your return shipment so we can quickly resolve the situation.
